No — activation is completely free. No hidden fees, no setup costs. You only pay the monthly subscription for the plan you choose, from the first day of actual use. Onboarding, initial configuration and staff training are included: our team supports you until you are fully up and running.

Yes. You can upgrade from Small to Lite, or from Lite to Pro, at any time — no penalties, no new contracts. The upgrade is immediate: new features activate right away and any adjustment is calculated proportionally on the current month. Downgrading is also possible, taking effect from the following month.

Yes, all updates are included in your subscription, forever. We regularly add new features, refine the interface and keep up with Italian regulations (Alloggiati Web, ISTAT, Electronic Invoicing) at no extra cost. The plan you choose today will keep getting better over time.

We never block the system or apply unexpected charges. If your property grows or you find you need more features, we will get in touch to suggest the most suitable plan. The transition is gradual and agreed together, never automatic. For seasonal situations or temporary peaks, we work out the best solution together — no surprises.
